The hotel is open from the 28th of April 2004. Since then we managed to gain a great experience in receiving very different guests. Many people famous both in our country and abroad used to stay in “Nikola House” and every time they were absolutely pleased with the high quality of our service, hospitality of our staff and the amenity of our apartments.
  • The total number of the rooms in the hotel is 31.
    Among them are 3 suits, which comprise 2 rooms: a drawing room and a bedroom, 24 “Standard” apartments and 4 budget apartments.


    • We make every endeavour to fulfill and foresee the wishes of our guests to the utmost. If you are coming to our hotel from the airport or the railway station we may organize transfer. If in the morning you hurry to work – we can order a cab. Our administers will always order and redeem airline and railway tickets, give some hints about where to apply for this or that service or will simply help you to find your bearings in the new city.

    If you need hairdresser service we will also help you and even invite a hairdresser into your room.
  • Besides the bar and the restaurant in the “Nikola House” hotel are
        open for you round-the-clock.
  • If you wish we may deliver your order into your room.
  • The laundry work 24 hours.
  • The hotel has its own boiler-house and a transforming station.
